How do I make nutmeg tea?

I don’t really want the tea to make me high, but I heard that nutmeg tea can help with upset stomachs and nausea, which I’ve had for a few days.
I’m just concerned I’ll put too much nutmeg in. I’m 18, 5’ 4”, and around 125 to 130 lbs. What would you consider a good amount? And how much water should I use?
