Language learning: Are there any forums which hook natives up with learners so they can do a language exchange?

I’ve heard that the site livemocha.com does this.

sharedtalk, busuu, palabea, myhappyplanet, lenguajero, iwanttospeak.

I use livemocha and sharedtalk more than the others. Just found them to have a more active user base.

WordReference.com also has its own forums where you can ask questions about languages you are learning and answer questions about languages you already know.
