Who is the camera’s manufacturer? I’ve found several websites where you can find a count online. Here’s an example of what I mean, read the attached link: “Your camera’s shutter count and manufacture date are stored in the EXIF data of every photo you take.”

From PentaxForums.com: http://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/pentax-dslr-discussion/169265-how-check-camera-shutter-count-manufacture-date-online.html#ixzz1oxQ2piNB
