Will updating to iOS 5 on my iPod Touch delete all my songs and apps?

We need more info.

Has your iPod ever been synced with iTunes?

If so, is it he same computer?

Are any of the songs bootlegged or from another account?

No. Just updated my Touch to iOS 5. In fact, if they hadn’t told me it was an update, I wouldn’t know the difference.

I’d say that if you’ve had no problems syncing your Touch with iTunes, you should have no problem with this. Besides, iTunes always creates a backup, so if something odd does occur, you can restore your Touch to the state it was in prior to attempting the update.
