How many frames per second is the Tom and Jerry show?

I’m referring to the original era of Tom and Jerry :D

The original cartoons were projected in movie theaters that would show one or two shorts (cartoons, travelogues, nature documentaries,etc.) between previews & the feature movie.

The 24 fps film shutter rate is converted to video at 30 fps by duplicating film frames, using what’s called a three-two pull down.
