What do you pay the sitter?

What is the going rate for a babysitter? I have three kids 9, 8, and 6. The job is for three hours during the day, no putting to bed or lunch or anything, just making sure they don’t burn the house down. In case geography matters, I’m in the midwest.

I’m pretty sure the going rate at the moment is about $15 AUD an hour, um, that would be… checks google… like $14 USD so not much different haha but yeah.
