Even if she is wearing tights and boots, can it make guys horny?

Maybe but I think you need to look at the guidelines for composing the questions a little. She can attract my attention with the way she dresses, but it’s her personality that ultimately turns me on, not the way she looks.

Tights and boots sound hot.

Yes. But to what end? Do you want to have that reputation for the rest of your school days?

I’m not a guy, but anything can make anyone horny if they’re in the mood for it.

Do bears shit in the woods?

@ucme No. They only shit in the caves…

A woman or a teen?

I think a teen doing this is playing with fire. It’s a dangerous game that she should not partake in unless she is willing and able to face the consequences.

@beachbum76 Doing what? Dressing without a turban?

Dressing to arouse a guy, or to give him a boner as you so eloquently put it, on purpose could get a girl in a situation where she is expected to have sex. If that is the plan, I hope it’s with someone you know well and you aren’t randomly trying to arouse guys.

@beachbum76 Why are you referring to me?...

The purpose of the woman/girl isn’t to give a guy boner. She dresses the way she is/likes/wants. This doesn’t mean she dresses like a slut. I see girls with jeans and shirts, and guys get horny by just looking at it.
