What are some neat variations of rock-paper-scissors?

Let’s face it: Rock-paper-scissors gets really boring really fast. So does the famous variation of rock-paper-scissors-lizard-Spock.

Several months ago, I created a game called two-handed-rock-paper-scissors-lizard-Spock, which used the FOIL method to make it even more nerdy.

What are some variations that you have heard of / invented / think should exist?

I’m putting this is Social because it is more of a fun question (not to be taken too seriously), and because Fluther seems to be teeming with a lack of activity lately.

I usually play “rock-paper-scissors-whatever you can think of that will beat the thing that the other person is about to lay down”.
Volcano comes out pretty quickly.
