What tooth is it?

The ‘big tooth in front’ is an incisor… the central incisors, to be exact. Do you mean the tooth between the Central Incisor and the Canine, perhaps? That’s the lateral incisor.

like you have the two front big teeth. and then the ones after it

Canine? Bicuspid? Pre-molar?
Maybe a slightly better description would help, but canine is my best guess.
