Notebook stand/dock for Macbook Pro?

I’m looking for something to raise my Macbook Pro up to a comfortable viewing height. Having usb/firewire ports is a major plus. Any & all suggestions are welcome.

I have an mStand that is a really durable metal alloy stand; it doesn’t have any port extenders, but ergonomically speaking is ideal-it has a pass-through port for cables, and the metal itself acts as a heat sink to draw away heat from the notebook.
