What happened to those pico projectors from a few years ago?

They have ones that you can use with an iphone, and plenty of regular ones, they just didnt take off so they aren’t in the news much.

They got less Pic and more Ooooo!

The biggest news is that projected image can have higher resolutions and they’re brighter than they used to be due to advanced in LED technology.
I don’t claim a comprehensive knowledge of the field, but I see they are getting built into some smart phones and mini-tablets.
