How do you Vote Geek in 2012?

Asked by Aethelflaed (13752points) April 17th, 2012

Do you go with the Browncoat party? The Potterheads? The Imperialists? The Whovians? The party that, due to gross media bias, wasn’t even included as an option – the Trekkies? What does your party have to offer that would make me switch sides?

I split between Imperialist and Whovian.

Browncoat party. They are shiny.

Best outfits. They don’t meddle. They are partial to all 7 sins. They aim to misbehave. You can’t stop their signal. They steal from the rich, sell to the poor.

They will lose again, and curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal.

Bumper sticker:

How about the real Pirate Party instead?

Are any of these parties pro sex? Would any dare to give out free copies of Lolita to all middle school students?

Didn’t think so.

Browncoats. They may not have been on the winning side, but they ain’t convinced they were on the wrong side. They have a charming way of talking. They curse in Chinese. They come from a world where prostitutes are called Companions and a are highly respected profession. The exterior shots from space are soundless, as they should be. and one more thing; Joss Whedon.

@Rarebear Reasons to not become president: Never getting to really have uninterrupted quality time with family. Reasons to become president: Can totally meet Nichelle Nichols without having to stand in line at Comic Con.
