Could anyone possibly know this vintage horror movie?

There’s this horror movie I’ve been wanting to see again but can’t remember the name of it.. It was in black and white. One of the earlier scenes of the movie shows a woman looking through binoculars, and then spikes come out of them and pierce her in her eyes. It looked like it was made in the 50’s or 60’s. I’m sure it was a horror, but could have been a mystery or thriller.
