Can someone recommend a program to convert time lapse images to a movie?

I have nearly 200,000 images of the construction of our city’s performing arts theater taken over three years. The images were taken from sun up to sun down in five minute intervals. I want each image to be a single frame, but the software I have tried repeats each several times. Any suggestions?
