Happy Cinco de Mayo -- Anyone have a recipe for a Mexican garden salad that includes fresh strawberries?

I’m off to El Pelon 1 down near Fenway Park to pick up the main courses for a Cinco de Mayo dinner. We’ve got our own chips and salsa. We’ve got just about every kind of fresh garden vegetable there is. And we just picked up a big batch of very ripe sweet strawberries.

I’m the chef for tonight, and I know my wife is going to want a salad and want those strawberries sliced up in it. She’s been playing around with strawberries in salads using sweet & spicy French dressing. She likes it, but the tastes clash to me. Does anyone have a recipe or suggestion for how to blend sliced strawberries into a Mexican Garden Salad and make it work?
