How to connect to laptops?

if its a pc, you could do so by creating a shared network folder in your laptop and then dropping all your laptop files in that folder. Then use your pc to open the folder and get access to whatever files you need.

If you want to connect your laptop to an external monitor, keyboard, etc ,, use a laptop dock

You'll need 2 clamps and an old PC-Card (former PCMCIA).

Open the PC-Card and find the red wire. Connect the clamps to the red wire and put the PC-Card into the laptop. Put the clamps on your ears. Stop right here and ask yourself: What is the intention of your connection?

If they both have wifi, you may be able to create an "ad hoc" network between them...
