Making 'jelly' molded toys?

Where can I buy non-toxic material to make molded toys? You mentioned ’jelly’? Similar to ’creepy crawlers’ toys? Where can I buy it? Thanks!

The material is called Plastisol. It’s used to mold fake worms and other soft fishing lures, so it’s fairly easy to find online. Here’s one source. Here are some basic instructions on how to use it.
