What program should I use to install apps on my iPhone?

Hello,

I have a fully jail broken iPhone and I know that the installer app on it which I have is the best but I want to use the nes app, for this I need to add ROMs and so I need to Place ROM files in /var/mobile/Media/ROMs/NES, do any of you know a program that will make it easy to do this? I am using a mac computer and my iPhone is 1.1.4
