How do I unfreeze my honeycomb blinds?

My honeycomb blinds only descend about ⅔ of the way down. How do I get them to cooperate and reach the bottom of the window?

You probably have a knot in the inner string somewhere. If you bought these from a reputable company, there should be a warranty. They’ll send you a repair kit. You’ll need to restring them & they should work well again.

Just to be certain you’ve checked, is there a knot in the pull cord…even a small one will prevent you from being able to lower the blinds all the way.
