What is your favorite bread maker recipe?

Since I have moved to a cooler (actually freakin freezin!) climate, I have been making bread. I usually make an oatmeal with wholemeal flour and honey instead of sugar, oil instead of margerine. I would like to try some other healthy loaves. What is your favorite and recipe please.
