Voice-Over talent hourly rates?

How much should someone expect to pay (or be paid as) a voice-over artist? Should you expect to pay more if it will be in a foreign language? If yes, how much more?

It’s difficult to say. It depends on whether you are union or non-union, what type of voice over it is and where you live.

I know the guy who is the voice for Visa and Nissan Altima. He works maybe 4 hours a day, yet is able to afford living in Rancho Palos Verdes (in LA). I think his wages are pretty good.
