My itunes account has been disabled and I no longer have the rescue email account. How can I get back into my own account?

My kids tried my password too many times and my itunes account has been disabled. I went in with my Apple ID to reset but no longer have the rescue email it was sent to. Also, I apparently am no longer able to answer the security questions correctly that I set up 20 years ago. Has anyone had to reset their account with these issues ?

@gailcalled Explains it all. You could also go to an Apple store. They should be able to help you.
