Do you recommend any particular car seat covers?

Are there car seat covers that are so comfy that they make up for the car having a rough ride or only moderately sufficient suspension? For example, could the seat covers support a bad back when you go over bumps or railroad tracks?

I think you are better off even with a rolled up towel behind you as a lumbar support or something like this
