Why is Facebook putting these updates in my news feed?

A few days ago, Facebook started giving me the updates of pages my friends have liked. Not, that they liked the page, the actual page’s update. See here.

Interestingly, these are friends whom I am not subscribed to, and are on my restricted list. Why do I keep getting the updates of Teen Mom Fansite and 9 News just because I have a friend who, at one point, liked them? And how can I make it stop?
