What will the next Software Update be for iPod Touch/iPhone?

Probably June when the App Store comes out.

@Spargett: They demoed the native chat app at their SDK release, so that’s a definite (although it wasn’t made by Apple), The new update will most likely also include features specific to the potential new features of the iPhone, like GPS mapping and more data-intensive apps using 3G.

Potentially also video recording in the Camera app, the ability to save pictures from the web to your phone and the ability to buy cake.
