What would be my personality description of having a Pisces Sun, a Libra Moon, and a Scorpio Ascendent or Rising? And (seperately) including that I'm a Pisces/ Dog?

What do all these astrological signs mean, when combined into one personality?

Probably doesn’t mean anything, you are who you are and that stuff probably doesn’t affect that.

Signs aren’t 100% complete without understanding which house they lie in, but here you go:

Pisces archetypes are the mystic, the dreamer, the poet and the “face dancer.” Pisces doesn’t mean the fish, it means the home of the fish—the ocean. Pisces is attuned to the notion that we do not experience the world directly, rather we experience an awareness of the world. Pisces observes the mind observing the world. Pisces must play out it’s creative inspirations either in the physical world or the inner world (e.g. via daydreams). Pisces need only change it’s perception of the world and avoid any mindset that objects and events exist independent of the mind. It’s shadow (a negative trait) is the attempt to escape the objective world for the subjective. These ideas are all related to Buddhist notions of mind, consciousness and reality. Being your sun sign, it would signify your primary source of identity.

The moon sign represents one’s soul urge, an inner longing. Libra would indicate a longing for harmony, equilibrium and a reconciliation of opposites. Archetypes for Libra are the lover, artist, and peacemaker. Libra tolerates paradox and ambiguity. The goal is the attainment of an “unbreakable inner harmony” despite life’s drama and ups and downs. The catch is that this is done through force of will. The effort of controlling one’s nerves is deliberate by, for example, recognizing signs of stress early and heading them off at the pass. Another is to constantly beautify one’s environment. The shadow of Libra is indecision and hesitation as a result of seeing the partial truth in every alternative.

One’s ascendant projects the first impression we give to others. It represents our persona or your style. Relying on your ascendant traits can make you feel comfortable and engaged with the world around you. Scorpio is focused on the present moment and only the essentials of that moment. All other thoughts disappear with one’s absolute focus on now and with a sense that every moment might be one’s last. Scorpio must rely on feelings as a guide and align feelings with action, including sexuality. Scorpio is not easily repressed emotionally and that is actually a strength. The pitfall is letting emotions run amok without understanding their cause or tempering them with a grounding link to their original purpose or impetus.

Taken fairly liberally from the writings of Steven Forrest.

it looks like kevbo gave you a pretty comprehensive answer, but here are my thoughts off the top of my head.

first of all, that’s a lot of water so i’m guessing you are intuitive and emotional and have an inner sense of truth that isn’t necessarily logical. pisces are dreamy and watery, and can be moody and secretive. this is your way of thinking, your sense of identity and self.

i’m guessing that you are seen as someone with deep understandings, strong sexual power, and possibly scary and vindictive when angered. this might not be how you see yourself but scorpio being your rising sign that is kind of the role you play in the world and the way you get your power. one interesting way of thinking about your rising sign is that it is the way you learned to negotiate the world of adults as a kid.

on an emotional level (libra moon), you may have a strong sense of how things “should” be that conflicts with the watery nature of your sun and rising signs. you have a strong need for balance and harmony in your connections with others which might make you doubt your inner voice and keep your true self secret if it might conflict with what someone else wants or feels.

you are probably a lovely, imaginative friend and lover, possibly kind of hard to pin down in terms of logistics or what you “really” want or feel. it might be helpful for you to find really grounded, practical people to be close to, and practice saying how you feel and allowing for the possibility that your perceptions don’t define all of reality. they are your feelings and perceptions and you deserve to have them and share them! and other people’s feelings and perceptions matter too. hmm.

i don’t know if any of that feels relevant or helpful. i’m interested in hearing what you think. the interesting thing about astrology isn’t that it defines you, it’s more that it gives you tools to interpret your reality and it gives you knowledge (i.e. power) around a lot of the invisible and unnamed currents in our daily reality.
