Cheap data center?

I'm looking for a data center to put a 2RU backup server in, somewhere other than in the SF Bay Area. Doesn't need to be super-high reliability since this is one of several distributed backup servers.

I looked at this small host in Michigan, it's extremely cheap, I don't know how reliable or anything they are though:
