Why is this weird tab suddenly popping up in my Firefox?

Ok so just now I was working on something in photoshop and when I return to my Firefox(14) window this weird tab was open that about this download that I did not even visit.

I closed it but every few clicks I make, no matter what they are. Sometimes not even click. Like just now when I pasted the image link it popped up. This started literally JUST Now and it’s never happened before.
OK it popped up a few seconds ago when I did NOTHING and then again a few seconds after that.
What is this? It’s creeping me out a bit.
