Whatever happened to Isuzu?

They seemed to have a fairly high profile in the 90s – they were sort of ahead of the pac in the sporty SUV market here in the US. But it dawned on me this morning (as I was driving and saw one) that I only see them infrequently. And I can’t even think of where a dealer is in this area.

Is Isuzu still selling in the US?

I don’t know why they got out of the US passenger market. They sell trucks all over Asia

I see them with the retired Navy folks down here in San Diego still. Probably 1 out of 75 cars I see.
