Help me find this song and music video by an RnB group?

The music video has the sniper from “Saving Private Ryan” and he is in the Air Force in this video. But the RnB group is singing and doing posing throughout the video.

Yes, he was in Saving Private Ryan, and The Green Mile and Battlefield Earth and True Grit.
His name is Barry Pepper.
