How do I get all contacts' names to appear when they call on my iphone 4?

Only some contacts’ names appear on my iphone 4 screen when I’m getting a call from them. How do I get all names to appear?

If you don’t have a contact associated with the phone number, only the number will appear. So, get your contacts cleaned up and you’ll see the name appear when they call.
