Is there any type of like deaf or hard of hearing chat rooms that you can use?

Are there any chat rooms that deaf or hard of hearing people can use that you actually sign? Or anyone interested in skyping I am newer to sign but need someone to practice with and tell me if im completely wrong and also maybe teach me a little bit about deaf culture.
-I am hard of hearing
-Hearing aids to do not work for me.
-I have been told I will go deaf and really want to figure things out before I do.
