How do I retrieve the + icon on the Favorites page of my iPhone4?

For some reason, the + symbol in the upper right-hand corner of Favorites 0n my iPhone 4 has disappeared, making it impossible for me to add to the list. Does anyone have a remedy?

I am guessing that you are referring to the “Favorites” list in the Phone app?

I imagine there’s a maximum number of numbers you can list… how many do you have?
Another possibility would be that your iPhone’s memory is at capacity.
