Any Toastmasters Members? Would you recommend them for general public speaking "practice"?

I love public speaking, despite having performance anxiety. Go figure! Anyway, considering I’ll never be a politician or preacher, or anyone who regularly gives speeches, I’d still like to flex my chops. (I took Public Speaking a couple of years ago at community college and really enjoyed it.) So, I’m considering joining Toastmasters. Any thoughts? Thanks!
