How to disinfect iPhones?

I read somewhere that you can use alcohol to disinfect cell phones, but that it’s actually a bad idea to use on cell phones because of some sort of coating they have.

I recently dropped mine in the toilet and after an uncooked-rice nap for a few days, it works fine! I just want to disinfect it before I put it up to my face. Any idea how I can do that? If you have ideas of specific products to use, that would be great.
