Is the razer megalodon control panel supposed to visualise music?

I noticed while watching a movie the control box for my razr megalodon had the volum lights visualising the audio, I also played music on youtube, and it did it on there to. Thing is I’ve never noticed this before, it always stayed in the actual volume position. It also goes dark after the audio stops, so whats going on with that?
