Does anybody have any traditional or nontraditional ricotta pie recipes?

Besides using the internet, does anybody have any different ricotta pie recipes or do anything different when they prepare one?

Not sure if you’re referring to sweet or Italian savory types of pie. I make spaghetti pie fairly often. It’s the cheaters way of doing lasagne. No actual pie crusts were harmed for this recipe.

I cook my spaghetti pasta, then layer it up with spaghetti sauce, sauteed mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, sundried tomatoes and more sauce and more cheese. Bake in a casserole dish. Yum!

Here’s something rather different that just caught my eye, though Pumpkin Sage and Ricotta Pie

Oh thank you. I was referring to sweet italian pie. It is almost like a cheesecake.
