Oahu farmers' markets?

Planning a trip to Hawaii in early February…will have two and a half days in Oahu on a stopover for a longer flight. I love farmers’ markets and am wondering what the best ones are in Oahu. We will be there Saturday-Monday. Any other travel tips about Oahu are welcome as well – I think we will probably avoid the big hotels on Waikiki and try to find someplace smaller and more relaxed to stay outside of Honolulu.

Here’s a list of all farmers markets on Oahu. I don’t live on that island, so I can’t really tell you which are the best ones.

If you are familiar with reddit.com, I would post something in r/Hawaii asking for help there, too. It’s a good forum.

You can also try searching on Food Networks site.

I seem to recall recent episodes where they featured food stands and farmers markets in Hawaii but can’t remember whether it was Unique Eats or a similar program which does features like this.
