How long does frozen spinach stay nutritious?

Asked by Aster (20023points) January 4th, 2013

I’ve eaten so much junk this year I want to start making my frozen spinach and fruit smoothies again. But the bags of spinach have been in the freezer for four months. Are they still nutritious?

Eight months to a year. For frozen vegetables.
