Is it acceptable for a Jelly to answer questions by cutting and pasting articles from other websites?

I’ve noticed the appearance of answers which have been obviously cut and pasted in their entirety from other websites, but which are not credited as such and are presented as the Jelly’s own answer. Surely this isn’t kosher here, as it were? I am wrong in thinking this is inappropriate or is this allowable under the guidelines? I tried to look it up and didn’t see it addressed. I don’t mean providing links, but rather cutting and pasting the entire article as if it were your own original response.

What about copying and pasting entire questions from other sites and presenting them as your own?
