Where can I find lactose-free cream?

I’m lactose-intolerant and sometimes when I am reading a recipe it calls for cream. Well, I can not drink regular milk so there’s no way I can use regular cream. I love Lactaid milk but I’ve never seen lactose-free cream and I was wondering if Lactaid makes it or if anyone else has this issue?
