Do men still wear a full set of pajamas?

I remember when the old TV shows like Dick Van Dyke, I Love Lucy, etc, showed the men in pajama bottoms and tops, buttoned up all the way. Do men still wear them, if they actually ever did? I don’t know any men that do, but I see them for sale in the stores.
