May I? A round of applause for the Mods introduced to us in the Blog post. The young generation really rocks, is this the youngest mod ever?

This is the sound of two hands clapping! They’re always an impressive bunch, and PhiNotPi’s achievement at this early age is beyond impressive. Nods to mods!

I’m glad we have real live breathing people volunteering their time keeping this site running smoothly. Thanks, moderators.

My mind was blown when I found out @PhiNotPi was only 15 years old!

I better behave my ancient self or I shall be smote by the hand of youth, sent to the fluther corner without my supper or perhaps banished to the quiet room. You’ve got your hands full with all of us reckless oldsters. lol

Thanks for volunteering your precious time. I hope we, as a community, allow them to both moderate and participate. We must be more caring and gentle with the mods – lest we lose them all…

@dxs our minds were blown when we found out. He is doing a fabulous job too. He’s very impressive. @downtide is also fabulous. Two great additions to the team.

I would like to thank the other moderators for their help, because it’s not like I do this job alone.

I would also like to thank all the users of Fluther, for making this place exist, well, in the first place. Also, without you, there would be nobody for me to moderate. :)

Mods are the quality aspect that makes this the only ‘social network’/blog type site I spend much time on. (There’s some pretty good company here too! But thanks to the mods you’re not all lost in noise.)

congrats to you both. The moderation on this site is what continues to keep Fluther heads and shoulders above other sites on the Wild Wild West which is the Internet nowadays.

I just told my son there’s a 15yr old on here who has the potential to take an answer of mine away, one word reply…pwned! It came gift wrapped with a sarcastic grin, atta boy ;¬}

@Imadethisupwithnoforethought We all start off mature, then become more silly and immature as we age (you didn’t know that??)

Also don’t forget that what makes Fluther great isn’t just us mods, it’s also YOU, the jellies who participate and keep the site active.
