Was Vint Cerf the inspiration for the Architect in the Matrix?

I would have to say no. After reading several interviews with the writers & hearing commentary, they never mention anything about Vint Cerf. That doesn’t rule it out completely, but if they did base their character on such a prominent figure, I’m sure they would have mentioned it.
