What happens when you download a video from a website to your iphone?

I wanted to know if the video would remain permanently on my iphone (unless I choose to delete it of course). I’m not familiar dealing with videos on my computer and I never downloaded a video before so I was wondering if I should worry about losing the video or not.

If you rented it from iTunes, you only have a specific period of time to watch it. If you purchased it, then it is yours indefinitely.

I think once you have it down it will stay. I personally don’t know of any time limit on youtube. Now I am by no means a youtube expert though. The only ones I know that last for a definite period of time are ones I rented.
