What Are Your Favorite Science Fiction Movies?

I am in the mood for some science fiction tonight, but I can’t find anything that grabs my attention, so I am asking what are your all time favorite science fiction movies, in the hope of it leading to a new find.
It can be any kind of science fiction at all, from your traditional Star Trek style space ships and aliens type science fiction, all the way up to the more Earth bound kinds of film, such as Soylent Green or The Matrix.
So, under the looser definition of Sci-Fi, what are your favorite science fiction movies?
