What exactly is a drill team?

Sounds like a bunch of dentists, but my mahoosive brain tells me it’s military based, drill sergeant & all that.

LOL, guys! Drill team is a school dance squad. They practice every day and perform during halftime at football games and basketball games. Our local high school drill team even got to participate in last year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade.

No, they have both. You can choose to either do cheer or drill team.
