Any Elliott Smith fans?

I found this picture of him on a blog:

The author of the blog was using it as a baby picture of HIM. But I know it’s not. So, I was just wondering if anybody knew the history of the picture.
The only time I’ve seen it was on this blog and I thought it was interesting because most of the other pictures of him are very melancholy.

I’ve never heard of Elliott Smith. I did a Google Images search and he doesn’t always look melancholy. You could write to the owner of the blog and ask about the history of the picture.
