Ladies: what is a good night/day facial moisturizer line?

I have some leftover acne scars from when I was a teen so I’m looking for a product line that will not only help fade the scars but will also make my skin look brighter, healthier and more rejuvenated. Also, my eyes have been looking awfully tired despite the fact that I always get my requisite 8 hours of sleep.

I’ve heard good things about one of Burt’s Bees skin care lines as well as one of their eye creams, but I’m not exactly sure what the product line is called, so if someone here knows, I’d greatly appreciate it if you could share the following: 1) the line’s name, and 2) any feedback from your experience with their products. Also, can you please recommend other skin care product lines that have worked out well for you/products you swear by and also share why you love them so much?
