What does this symptom mean when I drink?

I don’t feel good, from the beginning. Rather, I feel bad and sleepy at the same time.. I even feel dizzy and my face turns white.. And my muscles start to get hard and tensed up after only a cup of beer. Am I not supposed to drink alcohol??
